Compiles, reviews and analyzes claimant information. Uses software to schedule claimant appointments and document pertinent information. Delivers exceptional customer service at all customer touch this rewarding role, you will:Responsible for scheduling and following up on claimant appointmentsTriage of all cases in accordance with documented triage proceduresMaintain integrity and organization of case filesData entry of claimant information, appointments, case files etc.Maintain good claimant and physician relationsMedical report expediting in accordance with medical report calling proceduresAccountable for sending out appointment letters to claimants and physiciansContact physicians to obtain reports, accurate tracking of reports, follow-up for missing informationComputing mileage for reimbursement checksOther projects and duties as assignedCompetencies:Organization and multi-tasking: ability to organize, plan, and coordinate multi-tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow throughWorks well with people; team playerPossess strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong verbal and written communication skillsMedical: Working knowledge of medical terminologyIdeally, you will have:High School Diploma or GED0-1 years of relevant experience Organization and multitasking: the ability to organize, plan, and coordinate multi-tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow throughMedical: Working knowledge of medical terminologyExperience in a medical andor insurance-related service industryMust be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigationPay and Benefits:Hourly Rate: $17.95 - $18.90This is a On Site position in our 924 Overland Court San Dimas CA 91773Pay and benefits are fundamental to any career decision.
