You will be responsible for overseeing front and back of house operations on the Upper East Side for a White Glove portfolio of 300 ultra-luxury rental units.You will be the main point of contact for tenant relations, will coordinate all aspects of the apartment turnover process and process maintenance requests. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in property management, customer service, and leasing in Manhattan high-rise multifamily assets.Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer service, coordinating with the Maintenance and Leasing Teams in response to resident requests, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are being adhered to correctly and consistently by on-site staff. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and minimizing vacant and delinquent rent loss.This position offers a base salary range of $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, a discretionary bonus, full company-paid health and dental benefits, and more!
