For more information, visit DailyPay's Press Center.The Role:DailyPay is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Payment & Risk Operations team. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization, creating robust, scalable processes that are highly efficient and resilient. You will audit operational processes across the business, and create documentation which includes flow charts, identified gaps (technical and non technical) and efficiency opportunities. You will define and deliver a roadmap of controls required to mitigate these gaps, which may include updated tools, workflow automation, and business continuity mitigations. You will work cross functionally across Product, Engineering and Go To Market teams to resolve blockers and execute. You are data driven, and will leverage analytics to identify which processes and controls are most impactful to the business to inform prioritization and decision making. You will define critical operational metrics and communicate results to senior leadership. You will manage relationships across all teams and levels, driving consensus, aligning on expectations, presenting plans, and most importantly delivering results. This role will report to the Director of Operational Transformation.If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.How You Will Make an Impact:Deeply understand the operational processes across the business, including internal workflows, handoff points, and dependent technical systemsOwn process documentation, business continuity plans, and updates to formalized standard operating procedures to ensure continuous improvementEngage cross functionally across technical and non technical teams including Product, Engineering, IT, Sales and Finance to build alignment and drive consensusHave excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with an ability to influence across all levelsSeamless in your ability to transition from strategic, high level thinking to understanding and documenting the granular detailsDraw inferences and conclusions from data, identifying trends and anomalies. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
