Voted Glassdoor's Employee Choice Awards- Best Places to Work in 2021, This is RA !Job SummaryWorking as a Senior Sous Chef for Restaurant Associates at a premier client location, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful operation of the Culinary Department for a facility. This role focuses heavily on catering culinary services and Monday through Friday availability is required (daytime and early evenings). You will assist in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items, developing daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment. You will be responsible for the management of hourly associates.
