Tire Store Manager:The tire store manager is directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of the store. The store manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store, oversees all sales, service, inventory and collection activities at the single-store level while delegating certain responsibilities to respective team members.Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability. Expected to meet company objectives, maintain inventory and continually nurture a family culture that focuses on serving the customer.Must have knowledge of passenger, light and medium truck, commercial and ag tires. The tire store manager position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay as well as future growth potential. Minimum 5+ years experience in the retail tire business.
