Job Description:Job Title Americas Regional Lead Group AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Corporate Title DirectorLocation New York, NYOverviewThe role holder is overseeing Group Anti-Money Laundering (AML) related topics in the Americas Region and ensures strong alignment with the Group AML & PFoTE (Prevention of the Facilitation of Tax Evasion) function in the headquarters. Next to Group ML risk steering, the incumbent is inter alia responsible for drafting and policy advisory for the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)AML written Program within the region Americas. The incumbent is also responsible for the development of Country Supplements to the Global AML and Know Your Client Program, in response to the local regulatory landscape. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
