Job SummaryAs an Accounting Manager, youll be part of the team responsible for ensuring the accurate management and reporting of the locations finances - working with the location leadership team to develop action plans to continually drive financial performance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic FinanceAccounting professional. They will understand financial concepts and how these relate to operational procedures and outcomes. Detailed ResponsibilitiesMaintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and dataBuilds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy team membersActs as a liaison with the team, including partners operational team, Levy team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performanceEnsures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing Ensures team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbookCompletes assigned MAP objectives to achieve financial services goalsManages payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable processEnsures all payroll information is accurate and submitted on a timely basisEnsures all sales reports and financial statements are accurate prior to distributionClearly communicates financial results to management on a regular basisProvides accurate and targeted financial analysis as requestedInterviews, hires, trains and develops team members according to Levy guidelinesOther duties, as assigned Skills and Experience5 + years in a FinanceAccounting roleOperational experience in food and beverage is preferredBusiness Degree andor CPA certification is preferredHigh level of computer literacyPassion for hospitality, food, and retailExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work non-standard hours as dictated by event scheduleCurious about Life at Levy?
