In order to continue growing our world-class team, we're looking for a Head of Performance who can help further build out and codify Eight Sleep's high-performance culture. This individual should think of hiring and people management like a product, optimizing for a top-notch "customer" experience that sources, attracts, and develops the best talent across the globe while also optimizing internal processes by implementing the latest AI-powered tools and systems.
