Job DetailsLevelExperiencedJob LocationNew York 99 Park - New York, NYDescriptionAs a member of the Business Integration & Change Management Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Inorganic Growth Strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the successful integration of newly merged firms into Cerity Partners. You will support the merger due diligence and integration project manager by ensuring that new teams are smoothly and effectively integrated into Cerity Partners. Your responsibilities would include: Provide support to the merger due diligence and integration team; including but not limited to the below: Reconcile and organize due diligence documentation received.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Ensure all required data is received and track any outstanding items to ensure timely completion.Project manage and monitor the due diligence process and promptly flagging any discrepancies or concerns to the PMO lead.Update and maintain merger status materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for all stakeholders.Create and maintain project plans.
