Title: Risk and Control Training Data Analyst Location: NYC, NY (Remote (Working EST hours)) Position type: 3+ months with high possibility of extensionConversion Pay range: $90 - $102hr on W2 Manager Note Data migration project. More data focused. Working with stakeholders to look at T&A for data accuracy. Need strong Excel and comfortable working with large dataset. This person does not need risk and control experience but needs a strong data background: Data governance, data quality. Risk and Control Training Content Analyst : strong risk and control knowledge to support, enhance and facilitate the Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Aggregate the results of the TNA and quality check across the policies, prioritize the 2025 training plan, and review sequencing. Risk and control ERMF expertise to understand the link between the policies and the trainings. 92 disparate policies that need to be aligned. Coalesce the training topics sequentially and thematically. Role Expanded: Risk and Control Training Data Analyst : strong risk and control knowledge to support, enhance and facilitate the Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Aggregate the results of the TNA and quality check across the policies, prioritize the 2025 training plan, and review sequencing. Data Preparation: Reviewing 50+ Training Needs Analysis (TNAs), which are in MS Excel templates, for data quality (completeness, consistency, accuracy against parameters) etc. and partner with ERMTP Core Team members to address data quality issues identified Preparing TNAs into required format for data entry Aggregating TNAs into one dataset Evaluating aggregate TNAs to help create the 2025 Annual Training Plan Data EntryUpload: Entering or uploading data into MS SharePoint andor other ERMTP systemapplication to update or create TNAs in system of record Performing quality checks to confirm data was entereduploaded completely and correctly Data Migration: Partnering with ERMTP Business Analyst to identify data migration requirements to the new ERMTP system Preparing TNA data for data migration to new ERMTP system Testing, as needed, data migration against requirements from current system of record to the new ERMTP system Target Audience Management: Reviewing policies, and standard in-scope for ERMTP to identify and document policystandard audience and roles & responsibilities Partnering with various stakeholders (Policy Owners, ERMTP Core Team, Learning & Development, etc.) to identify and document audience requirements and associated audience data Reviewing audience requirements and associated data with key stakeholders (Policy Owners, ERMTP Core Team, etc.) to obtain approval Helping create or review audience assignment tickets Helping maintain audience requirements once trainings are deployedassignedIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
