The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead Analyst is a senior professional role responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi's financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy as well as utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advicecounsel on the evaluation of financial reports of Citi's current and projected performance.Responsibilities:Create financial reports and meet with finance team to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insight to senior managementAdvise on directional strategy and provide guidance on significant businessproduct decisionsExecute analysis of annual 3-year StrategicOperating Plans, CCAR PPNR forecasts, mid-year reforecasts, and bi-monthly outlooks in partnership with segment, business, and country FP&A teams.Prepare analytics in support of CEO Reviews, including business initiativesExecute analysis of product profitability and provide guidance on significant business and product decisionsDevelop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision makingPrepare presentations and analysis for the team supporting the CFOHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:6-10 years of relevant experienceProficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applicationsEffective verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated presentation skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEducation:Bachelor's degreeUniversity degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.This role is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team in support of the Wealth business which is comprised of the Private Bank, Wealth at Work and Citigold segments. Wealth brings together the full power of Citi to serve the entire continuum of wealth clients, from affluent to ultra-high net worth to family offices.Support the Private Bank and Wealth at Work businesses across all FP&A activities including Actuals, Outlook, CCAR, quarterly multi-year multi-scenario forecasting, and Operating Plan.Partner closely with the LFO team on a daily basis and communicate effectively with the business teams and Finance partners across FP&APerform analysis and deliver presentations related to the financial performance of the Private Bank and Wealth at WorkGenerate analytics for quarter end flash results and forward looking forecasts, related highlights, and senior management reportsSupport process improvement and automation efforts across the teamCoordinate and partner with teams located globallyJob Family Group: FinanceJob Family:Financial Planning & AnalysisTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:New York New York United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:$129,840.00 - $194,760.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
