We are currently looking for a salesforce expert to join the bank industry department in one of IT company's New York Office.Client (type industry) : Information Technology company Bank Working Location: New York (New York, NY) , HybridEmployment Type : Full-time, ExemptSalary : $77K - 94K Per year Benefit: fullLanguage: Native English proficiency, Intermediate Japanese proficiency[Job Overview]Summary of Duties:Lead maintenance and operation of open-system environments.Proactively resolve issues by closely collaborating with user departments and IT teams.Assess impact areas effectively during modifications of existing systems based on high technical proficiency.General Maintenance and Operations Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Manage inquiry statuses and report to management.Troubleshoot vestigate impacts during system modifications.Develop and execute test cases based on business scenarios.Skills:Must have:Proven experience and achievements in leading development and maintenance on Salesforce.Strong communication skills with stakeholders.IT knowledge for troubleshooting on Windows OS (authentication, network, etc.).Native English proficiency.Nice to have:Experience with development and operations in Salesforce Financial Service termediate proficiency in Japanese.
