Job Summary The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for supervising all aspects of food production, including menu development, staff management, quality control, food purchasing, inventory, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. In charge of the entire kitchen operation, working closely with the executive chef to implement culinary vision and policies. Key Responsibilities:Successful culinary production operation under the direction of the Executive ChefOpportunity to serve as the department head for culinary operations in the absences of Executive ChefAdhere to HACCP guidelines to ensure efficient, safe and sanitary food production, preparation and presentationOpportunity to assist in menu development, inventory, orderingpurchasing, food cost controls, training, sanitation, and personnel management to include hiring, firing, counseling, mentoring and developing Preferred Qualifications:A.O.S.
