Learn more at SummaryWorking as the Sterile Processing Regional Director of Operations, you are responsible for providing both challenge and happiness in order to positively influence a Regional team of Sterile Processing professionals. You will have the opportunity to plan objectives for your region and ensure management is in compliance with corporate, regional and financial goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the overall operation, growth and profitability of the region.Responsibilities:Develops financial forecasts and balances programs and resources for districts and selected accounts within the regionDevelops a business plan and budgetsControls overhead expensesResponsible for attainment of financial goals for the regionReviews and analyzes financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial resultsRecommends and manages capital requirements to improve financial returnsActively involved with sales survey pricing of businessMonitors future contract financial reviews and updatesResponsible for efficiency and staffing that is appropriate to the regional and divisional goalsMonitors period analysis and initiates action plans as necessaryMaintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retentionMaintains an active stewardship program at multiple levels within the regionCoordinates required clientcustomer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and responds in a timely and effective mannerPromotes client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resourcesMonitors and ensures compliance with the provisions of client contractsAssists in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience requiredFive+years supervisory experience in sterile processing with high customerclient contact requiredExperience leading high volume or multi-unit sterile processing operationsBudgeting, forecasting, sales experience preferredAbility to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentationsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to maintain organization in a changing environmentExhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadershipPossess a detailed knowledge of contract administration and office proceduresProficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookApply to Crothall today!Crothall is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Associates at Crothall are offered many fantastic benefits.
