To learn more, visit or a Relief Hallperson, you will be responsible for: Delivering items such as newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests. Operating the service elevator. Assisting the Resident Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Condominium.Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed. Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.Providing 5-star customer service.Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements: If you: Enjoy delivering excellent customer service.Have a professional and friendly demeanor.Can communicate well with others and work as a part of a team. Are able to complete multiple tasks in an organized manner. Respond quickly to requests from guests, residents, and your team. Maintain confidentiality for our guests and residents. Prior experience as a Hallperson at a luxury hotel or residential building and a basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and the community-at-large is preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus! This is a Relief Position with the following shift available:Wednesday- Sunday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PMPay & Benefits: Pay ranges from $21.59 - $28.79 per hour depending on experience.
