Ideally, you like to laugh and bring an uplifting energy to the team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWhat you'll be doing:StrategyMeet with sellers quarterly to keep on top of industry trends, needs, and feedbackConduct bi-weekly calls with sales leadership to go through important projects and updatesBuild a demand gen strategy and tactical plan that aligns to key objectives for North AmericaEventsScout and manage conference opportunities and in-agency activationsWork with subject matter experts to craft presentationsWork with vendors to coordinate event giveaways, activities, and experiencesConduct post-event debrief meetings with the sales team to evaluate the impact and successCollect and report on key KPIsPaidScout, evaluate and manage vendor relationshipsDevelop an advertising strategy for key projects and contentHelp develop an evergreen campaign approach and creative conceptsBuild a comprehensive ABM plan based on target account goalsPartner MarketingWork with the partner team to identify needs and opportunitiesLiaise with key partners to collaborate on events and webinarsOrganic ChannelsWork with the marketing coordinatorfreelancer to send a monthly newsletter and occasional dedicated emailsBuild and launch engagement journeys for leads generatedOversee posting on social channelsAssociationsManage industry memberships with the ANA, Ad Club of NY, and PTTOW!REQUIREMENTSWhat you need to be successful:Minimum 3 years of experience in an event, digital marketing, integrated marketing, or demand gen roleAn understanding of the sales funnel process and how it relates to marketingSolid understanding of the media industry landscape (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, etc.)Excellent communication skills, both written and spokenStrong organizational skills-the ability to project manage effectively, prioritize, and deliver tasks on timeDesire to do marketing differently, building and maintaining a brand that stands outDemonstrable planning and reporting skillsExperience with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and AirtableExperience with ad management tools (LinkedIn, Adwords, etc.)Experience with account-based marketing a plusProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Google SuiteEnjoy working in an exciting, busy and dynamic environmentCOMPENSATIONThe annual compensation range for the Marketing Manager role in NYC is $83,000 -$93,000 + bonus Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
