You will be responsible for performing a variety of work requiring the knowledge of one or more skilled trades to resolve facility operations andor safety concerns. You will work both independently and as a team depending on the required manpower to complete a task or project. While the work will be scheduled and delegated by the Operations Supervisor, you will be expected to identify issues and add them to your own task list. You will report to the Operations Supervisor and work a minimum of 40 hoursweekAs a Senior Maintenance Associate, you will be expected to:Fix and maintain golf tee up machines and other golf-specific equipmentFollow a task list and prioritize based on the needs of the businessCollaborate with venue personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to complete projects and work orders efficientlyInspect facilities, systems, and their components to ensure safety and cleanlinessIdentify necessary repairs and perform a variety of facility and equipment repairs and maintenance in multiple areas within areas of trade expertise (e.g., electrical, carpentry, plumbing, concrete, drywall, and painting).Install a variety of items andor system components frequently (e.g., cabinetry, walls, doors and hardware, office equipment, phonedata cables)Keep tabs on all projects utilizing our MAINTAINX software.Procure equipment and supplies in collaboration with outside vendors for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of necessary itemsMaintain tools and equipment to ensure everything is in a safe operating conditionAssist with all daily operations including picking golf balls and keeping the hitting bay areas safe and cleanAssist with intake of all golf club deliveriesManage tasks for special projects such as snow removal and golf net repairsWear appropriate safety equipment, uniform, and nametagThis is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities and can change at any time at the discretion of your supervisor.QualificationsAbout You:You are energetic, dedicated, professional, and hard-working. You have experience with and are comfortable carrying out a variety of facility maintenance repairs both on your own and as a team. You will also have:At least 5 years of experience working in a facility maintenance capacity. Experience in the trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. is expectedExperience at a golf course or driving range is a plusAbility to take direction and prioritize tasksAbility to identify necessary repairs and take initiative to resolve issuesExcellent customer service and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to lift up to 40lbs
