Senior Vice President, Client Experience - Consumer

We Are Seeking:We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Vice President to join our Consumer Practice, working across consumer health and CPG brands. You will spearhead high profile, award-worthy, social and influencer-driven integrated activations and productions for one of our top consumer health clients.Working in a dynamic agency-client model, you will work with high profile talent, influencers and oversee global experiences for brands You will be responsible for managing client and inter-agency relationships, playing a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of not only this business, but also our Consumer Practice. You will be responsible for all aspects of a client relationship and account team and will supervise big pieces of business with multiple work streams and team members.Other responsibilities include recommending programs and activities coordinating with client's goals, effectively delegating projects, offering counsel to team members and allocating agency resources to match client budgets. You will also be engaged with business development, strategic program planning, analytics, media relations and the development and execution of creative concepts. Ideally, you will have global agency experience, and have executed multiple global campaigns in scale.What We Are Looking For: Flawless ability to oversee many moving pieces with minimal oversight while managing junior team and clients Love for all-things related to sports, lifestyle, entertainment and culture Can turn ideas into workable plans and presentations via decks Strong ability to counsel clients and deliver industry-leading expertise to both internal and external partners Proven experience building programs and ability to shape brand stories that drive social and influencer programs Capacity to convey ownership of assigned projects to junior team members Strong ability to remain nimble and counsel clients through conflict Can mobilize and motivate integrated teams while working independently and as part of a team Excellent oral and written business communication skills Aptitude for financial analysis Can complete challenging projects within set parameters Exceptional judgment when working with team members, client contacts and vendors Commitment and dedication to the agency's success as well as individual career Can anticipate client and team needs Attention to detail and quality Instills confidence with clients and colleagues The right person for this role has:12+ years of experience in PR inclusive of agency experience working on integrated communications campaigns, specifically social and influencer-led assignmentsDeep knowledge of the consumer products space, with experience in - and passion for - consumer health, beauty, personal care and lifestyle brandsProven track record of proactively identifying and delivering strategic opportunities that unlock account growth beyond the current or 'expected' remitStrong familiarity and expertise related to social, digital and influencer channels that can further fuel earned-driven communicationsExceptional client service track record with ability to counsel and interact effectively with senior management at client organizationsExperience managing a large CPG account (over $1 million in billings) and the keen organizational skills needed to juggle multiple client needs at onceAbility to efficiently manage cross-office teams that span multiple cities and countries with integrated account teams preferredAbility to be both strategic and hands-on, to flex with clients' needsSuccess leading teams and developing talentAn entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership qualities, and a collaborative attitudeA willingness to challenge how things have always been done, in a desire to continuously improveExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficient skills in MSOffice (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)BA or BS in Communications or related degreeThe Weber Shandwick Collective recognizes that your health and wellbeing are a priority.
