This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy team builder to take on a high-profile leadership position driving change within one of the world's largest media this role, you will draw upon your skills to successfully setup and manage processes, data pipelines and OMG Media Operations platforms that enable global, regional and local media planning and delivery teams to capture and report on media investment data.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure successful value realization of our suite of Media Operations solutions and operational support model across OMG's global accounts, including active assessment of media data and issue resolutionIdentify business needs and drive design and implementation of process, tools, and technology to meet those needsImplementation and optimization of governance process, adapted to client's structure, decision-making, and processesEngaging assigned regional and local media planning and investment team members to assess data quality scores and actively remediate identified issues.Produce monthly account, region and country-level scorecards on data quality that feed into executive-level governance reports.Participate in global, regional and local Media Operations meetings, sharing best practices, successes and learning opportunitiesEngage with OMG Product teams to raise and remediate identified tool issues and opportunities for improvementExpected OutcomesAll agency and client team members have access to the tools and technology necessary to perform their jobsMedia plan data of OMG's global accounts are captured in a timely and accurate mannerOMG's global accounts have all consistently implemented the defined processOMG's global accounts benefit from tools that facilitate execution of the processCritical data quality KPIs are captured across OMG global accounts and delivered on a monthly basisRequired Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of agency media operations processes from briefing to final deliveryAdvanced Excel skills, including use of formulas, functions and visualizations (charts, graphs, etc.)Digital marketing background possessing a strong understanding of ad tech and media booking, billing and delivery platformsA knack for creating structure where none exists, balanced with real-world pragmatismAbility to balance process and structure with flexibility and speedAbility to collaborate with peers across regions globallyProblem solver, not afraid to get their hands dirtyAdept at thinking in terms of systems but also mindful of the human side of work processComfortable developing technical and project documentation as well as team presentationsComfortable with navigating large agency networks and client organizations2+ years experience media planning andor investmentOur culture and working style within the group fosters a positive, productive, entrepreneurial team spirit. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualificationsskills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STDLTD insurance pensation Range$67,000-$95,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
