Responsibilities:Put the customer first by directly overseeing FOH operations, focusing on atmosphere and environment, beverage quality, professional and efficient service, and cleanliness to uphold the company's standard of excellence.Cultivate a sales force among service team members, aligning your store with company sales growth initiatives and steps of service expectations.Ensure high quality food is delivered to every guest by directly overseeing BOH operations, focusing on operational efficiency, consistent food preparation, and cleanliness and sanitation.Build community in your restaurant by connecting with customers, neighbors, and employees. Be engaged, get involved, show you care. Ownership of store key performance indicators, aligning leadership team to goals and working to continuously improve. Successful team management from recruiting to interviewing, hiring to onboarding, training to cross-training, performance evaluations, and development plans. Oversee inventory management, operate within defined budgets, delegate ordering and inventory to appropriate leaders, utilize available tools to optimize results. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring equipment and facility service needs are identified using maintenance management system, following up regularly to ensure completion.Collaborate with Senior Director of Operations, meeting regularly, aligning your store's goals to company initiatives. Draft andor approve all schedules in line with labor budgets, reviewing to ensure each shift is staffed for success.Health, safety, and sanitation awareness, compliance, training, and enforcement.Coordinate, schedule, and lead weekly leadership team meetings.Collaborate with kitchen and service managers to develop operational improvement plans.Ensure all daily and weekly administrative tasks are completed timely and accurately, offering coaching and additional support to managers where needed.Ongoing communication with the team to ensure maximum yield on staff plete and contribute to hourly team member and leadership evaluations, on time and within the program guidelines. Continual development of your leadership team, honing skills that align with company's values, vision, and leadership principles. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of management experience with preference given to GM-level experience Experience in a high-volume restaurant with a full-service bar Knowledge of or certification in safe food handling proceduresKnowledge of or certification in safe alcohol and bar proceduresExperience leading, training, and mentoring a diverse team Proven record of exercising good judgment and effort to continuously improve operationsA positive upbeat personality, capable of inspiring others Basic business math and computer literacyWork Environment: This position is full-time, 50 hours, exempt salariedThis position is 100% in-personThis position reports directly to the Senior Director of OperationsWhat We Offer:Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill provides a fun and family-friendly work environment.
