The LELS union contract offers senior officer pay after 10 years of service. The senior officer top wages for the current contract are: $57.31 in 2025, $59.03 in 2026, and $60.80 in 2025, we have started a wellness schedule concept. Additional coverage may be purchased if you choose to do so. Short-Term Disability: Mutual of Omaha - The City offers pays the premium for this coverage which provides for up to 66.67% of your normal weekly pay, up to $400 for up to 12 weeks and is payable on the 8th day of disability. Long-Term Disability: Mutual of Omaha - The City offers pays the premium for this coverage which provides for up to 60% of your normal monthly pay, up to $3,000 per month and starts on the 90th day of disability.
