Scope of ResponsibilityMaintenance Techs may work under the supervision of HVAC mechanics, plumbers, painters, carpenters or electricians. Other duties include performing preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and repairs in accordance with applicable NFPA, CMS and Joint Commission Standards.Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree or Associates degree in electronics, industrial technology or related field of study preferredMinimum 2 years experience in a technical maintenance field preferred1-2 years Hospital experience preferred1-2 years of basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience preferredStrong mechanical ability required
