SAT/ACT Tutor, Full Test (Remote)

TPAPT, a national consortium of over 12,000 local tutors, IECs, and test prep professionals has a chapter that is hiring for an SATACT Tutor! Experience tutoring all sections of the SAT or ACT is a prerequisite. About the position: Tutoring can take place at any time of day, so the work hours are flexible (though most of the tutoring will be in the afternoons, evenings, and on weekends). Requirements A passion for teaching (and learning too!) Previous teachingtutoring experience with the GMAT or GRE 90th percentile or above scores on the SAT or a 32 or greater on ACT Availability and desire to tutor 10 to 20 hours per week Great teaching instincts and ability to explain concepts in a variety of ways Good interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students Compassionateunderstanding attitude and great perceptive ability Willingness to learn new methods and approaches to tutoring Collaborative spirit and willingness to also sharenew ideas that can make the rest of the tutors better Benefits Paid training Materials Dependable weekly demand $75hr - $100hr commensurate
