Comprising five verticals - Operations, New Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, and Partnerships. The Revenue team is essential in expanding our footprint and executing strategic business initiatives.The Role:Enfusion is seeking a proven Sales Executive with prior institutional asset management software sales experience. You have complex sales capabilities and a demonstrated track record of successfully promoting and selling leading software and services to asset management firms. This is a direct, field sales, quota-carrying position responsible for selling our solutions portfolio within assigned account territories. You will collaborate with product, marketing, technology, and solution engineering team members throughout the sales cycle, to demonstrate the value of our solutions and services. What You'll Do:Lead the sales process from qualified leads through to close including MEDDICC qualification, executive presentations, business caseROI development, proposal, and contract negotiationBuild and execute territory and Account-based sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to drive deals to closure and deliverexceed annual SaaS sales targetsStructure and negotiate complex deals that typically involve a mix of commercial product and custom configuration, often mapped against unique client requirementsDiligently track, update, and accurately forecast net new revenue in Salesforce while effectively managing your sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual revenue attainmentLeverage product, industry, and business process knowledge that emphasize featuresbenefits of Enfusion software and service offerings to meet specific prospect needsFully understand prospect's technology stack, buying process, and stakeholder engagement (org chart and power-base) to accurately align the sellingbuying processWhat You'll Need:10+ Years of experience in complex, Enterprise SaaS sales in FinTech (Enterprise solutions and services to the front, middle, and back offices of Asset Management firms preferred)Bachelor's Degree required - finance or related field preferredStrong investment industry knowledge, existing network of relationships, and deep understanding of prospect operational processes and workflows are preferredProven history of meeting or exceeding goals for new sales, building pipelines, and managing client relationships across complex client organizationsHungry, Humble, "Challenger Sale" prototypeAbility to work within a collaborative environment to achieve resultsExcellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills#LI-ST1The salary for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 + bonus + benefits (described below). Note: This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with the laws of various jurisdictions that may require a salary range and other information in a job posting.
