Buckeye Power Sales is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our team for a 3-month project. The primary focus of this role will be to clean up a backlog of receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of outstanding invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. This is a Hybrid position requiring in office presence twice a week for the first 30 days, then once a week thereafter. Key Responsibilities:Reviewing and resolving overdue accounts and outstanding invoicesProcessing payments, adjustments, and reconciliationsCommunicating with customers to follow up on outstanding balancesAssisting in streamlining AR processes for efficiencyIdeal candidates will have prior experience in accounts receivable, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
