Sr. Client Service Manager, Japanese Bilingual Job Num: 57097 h5Job DescriptionThe company is seeking a Sr. Client Service Manager to join its the US customer service team.This position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Cash Management Services, maintaining end-to-end accountability across advisory, implementation, maintenance, and support. Acting as a Cash Management Solutions Implementation Manager, the role serves as a liaison between clients, Relationship Management, Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the setup and implementation of Cash Management Solutions, proactively proposing solutions and anticipating client needs.Oversee all phases of project execution, from scoping and implementation of both standard and complex solutions to ongoing maintenance and support.Maintain regular client communication, providing updates on service delivery progress and addressing any material issues.Ensure clients receive proper training on implemented solutions.Drive client satisfaction throughout implementation, post-implementation, and maintenance processes.Adhere to internal control frameworks to ensure reliability and traceability of work.Report challenges, achievements, and key developments to management.Stay updated on product enhancements and updates through frequent communication with the Product Management team.Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as developing new operational workflows, creating manuals, and updating agreements.Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge, supervising tasks, and assisting with complex requests.Attend training sessions, seminars, and conferences to stay informed on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and new product developments.Qualifications & RequirementsBABS degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of client-facing experience at a major financial institution.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Corporate Cash ManagementTreasury Services systemproduct implementation.A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English (Japanese proficiency is preferred).Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.Strong time management and task prioritization skills.Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.Hybrid work model: Recommended to work in the office twice a week.To apply, please email your resume to DetailsCity: New York State: NY Job Type: Permanent Job Salary High: 142000.00 Salary Low: 115000.00 Languages: English;Japanese Hours of Operation: 9 to 5 Benefits: Health Ins;Dental Ins;Vision Ins;401K;Life Ins;Long-term Disability;Bonus;Paid Time Off;Paid Holidays;Short-term Disability;Flexible Spending Accounts Contact InformationJob Owner: Naoko Kagaya Job Owner Email :
