Dow Jones is a division of News Corp (Nasdaq: NWS, NWSA; ASX: NWS, NWSLV).About the Role:Reporting to the Manager, People Strategy & Operations, the Business Analyst is responsible for supporting a diverse variety of key strategic People projects, performing data analysis, training & development around systems and processes, and assisting with company wide change management initiatives.You will help the People team with strategic and transformation initiatives by serving as an enablement partner who sets high standards, establishes processes, and applies best practices. You will deliver quality, effective, and timely project updates, meet project deadlines and maintain project documentation.You Will:Work in our midtown Manhattan office at least 3 days a weekAssist on a diverse variety of key strategic People (human resources) projects along with supporting BAU (business as usual) systems issues, troubleshooting and solutionsPerform thorough user acceptance testing for change delivery in every sprint cycle for all BAU and optimization changes.
