Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Summary:This role is intended to serve as a people leader within the AML Model Management organization. The position will need strong communications skills, the ability to work independently and directly leadengage with MMO colleagues, as well as across BSA and Huntington's lines of business on model management-related projects and deliverables. In addition, the position will develop, maintain, and periodically assess Department procedures, training materials for the model management function. The position will leverage strong knowledge of BSAAML risks and guidance, model, data, and technology risk related policies, standards, and procedures, to provide developmental opportunities to team members. This role focuses on managing the Model Testing, Tuning, and Ongoing Monitoring program for the BSAAML and OFAC Model FamilyDuties & Responsibilities:•Provide support to the Coverage Strategy Specialist(s) in the analysis of regulatory guidance, industry red flags, and emerging trends against Huntington risk BSAAMLCTF exposure (customers, products and services, geographies, and transactions);•Lead the development of training, execution of strategies, and maintenance of operational procedures within the function or department.•Oversee, mentor, and manage a team of exempt colleagues with varying levels of experience and skill sets.•Provide colleague guidance for risk tolerancemanagement decisions based on Department Risk Management framework and guidelines.•Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure sustainability planning and bench strength.•Ensure colleagues are adequately trained based on their job responsibilities and corresponding job functions are adequately staffed.•Actively encourage and engage with colleagues to champion Huntington values and behaviors.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, or educationwork experience equivalentMinimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, information technology, or business analysis related work, which can be a combination of internships, course work completed, and project team membership.Minimum of 3 years of experience directly supporting BSAAML andor OFAC Compliance Programs, Minimum of 3 years of experience directly supporting Fraud, Financial Crimes, andor Corporate Investigations Programs, OR Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in a model analyst developer of business intelligence related rolePreferred Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with users who have various technical background and senior managementDemonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment and balancing work efforts across multiple projectsDemonstrated focus on continuous improvement with results-driven experiencesMulti-Year experience with Actimize software modules, SAS, Database structures and querying tools, Tableau, BI Tools, ServiceNow, Azure Dev Ops, Name Screening tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteProven delivery of project deliverables using standard solution development life cycle processes; experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies and supporting documentationMinimum of 5 years coding within SAS, R, Python, andor SQL-based programming languages#LI-HYBRID#LI-MK2Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)YesWorkplace Type:OfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
