Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President (VP) of Revenue Operations to join Nasdaq's Capital Access Platforms (CAP) division. The CAP division's mission is to connect capital to opportunity by increasing transparency between corporations and investors through our Listings, Data, Index, and Workflow & Insights solutions. The VP of Revenue Operations will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to drive business initiatives, customer satisfaction and revenue growth and report directly to the divisional Chief Revenue Officer.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with CAP's business goals and growth objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to optimize revenue processes and enhance operational efficiency.Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to streamline revenue operations, including pipeline management, forecasting sales enablement, contract negotiations, billing, and operations.Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of revenue-related technologies and tools to support efficient pliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks related to revenue operations.Budget Management: Oversee the revenue operations budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI.Qualifications:Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.Technical Proficiency: Experience with modern revenue platforms including Salesforce, Conga, Clari, Outreach.io, Gong, ZoomInfo, and dustry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry and an understanding of Nasdaq's business lines and market e as You AreNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
