This role demands a blend of strong executive presence, solid project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing to innovate customer experiences and enhance program management. The successful candidate will act as a pivotal interface between our customers and our internal teams, driving customer success, adoption, and program governance.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Value Realization projects from planning to delivery, focused on demonstrating tangible customer benefits. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, shaping short-term engagement plans and ensuring cohesive communication across stakeholders. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, proactively engage with customers, and align their business goals with our engagement model. Drive the adoption of Adobe Experience Manager products, leveraging playbooks to enhance customer value. Represent the voice of the customer within Adobe, advocating for strategic use cases, process improvements, and customer requests. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in Customer Success within Software as a Service (SaaS) or Digital Marketing, with a preference for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knowledge. Strong capability in managing customer engagements, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster joint partnerships. Proficient in program management, prioritization, and execution in high-pressure environments.
