Job Description:Job Title TAS & SeS Global Business Manager, Strategy and Change LeadCorporate Title Vice PresidentLocation New York, NYOverviewAs a Trust and Agency Services (TAS) and Securities Services (SeS) Global Business Manager you will be responsible for strategy and change you will partner with our global businesses across TAS and SES. You will support the management of these businesses in developing and executing their strategy as well as helping drive both ad-hoc and strategic change initiatives. You will have extensive exposure to senior management and visibility across a global business portfolio. Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of strategic frameworks and tools (e.g. SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard). Strategic development or change execution experienceExpectationsIt is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability andor religion.The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
