Come join our dynamic team!What You Will Learn:Social Media Strategy & Content Execution:Execute the brand's social media strategy, developing and implementing content plans aligned with overall marketing objectives.Manage the social content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.Create and curate engaging, platform-optimized content, collaborating with internal and external resources.Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies munity Engagement & Moderation:Manage the brand's online community, responding to inquiries and fostering positive interactions.Monitor social listening tools for brand mentions and sentiment analysis.Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates.Escalate sensitive community issues to appropriate internal teams.Platform Management & Optimization:Manage the brand's presence across various social media platforms.Optimize content and profiles for each platform, leveraging best practices.Explore and recommend new platform opportunities for the brand.Manage relationships with social media agencies (if applicable).Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking:Track and analyze key social media metrics to assess performance.Prepare regular reports summarizing performance and providing insights.Utilize data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.Collaboration & Budget Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts.Support the development and management of the social media budget.What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on owned channels and content development.Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing successful campaigns.Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.No Physical Requirements of the Role Preferred Qualifications:Social Media Marketing or Influencer Marketing certifications.Familiarity with social listening tools and community management platforms.Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.Please note: This job description is a general outline and may be subject to change.As an integral part of our culture at L'Oral, wellness is at our core.
