We are seeking a passionate Sales, Artistry & Education Account Coordinator based in the New York City metropolitan area that is passionate about the clean color category and safe, performance driven ingredients. They will be an example and advocate of the ILIA lifestyle and a champion of our in-store presence and client experience. Strong communication skills are critical for this candidate as it will enable them to educate the store teams on our unique point of difference. This position will have a significant impact on our retail sales performance and overall ranking. The Account Coordinator will report to the Regional Sales Manager, East.This is an on-site Field Sales role and is open to candidates based in the New York City metropolitan area. Responsibilities:Train retail store teams on product attributes, ingredients, and application technique; lead by example by displaying ILIA's core valuesAct as a liaison between ILIA and our retail partners, namely in-store and regional leadershipBuild & develop a strong, results-driven freelance artistry team (on average the coordinator will manage 4-8 freelancers across the market)Analyze & maintain regional sales reportsMaintain clear communication with Account Executive and accountsCalculate and achieve seasonal and monthly goals for the territory by storeUnderstand retailer specific cultures and modify approach to achieve successIn conjunction with the Account Executive, this role will develop event activation programs to increase brand presence in critical doors and ensure proper executionDrive business in region through creativity, education, and field strategyBuild and maintain strong strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners resulting in increased understanding of the business and categoryLeverage your negotiation skills to secure opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility in regionMaintain a consistent calendar of visiting stores on peak days and working alongside retail employeesUpholding the visual standards of ILIA on tester units and gondolas.1-3 years' cosmetic sales experience as a brand ambassador or account coordinatorExcellent organization and communication skills; written, verbal and presentationBeginner proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel; Power BI a plusAbility to work a flexible work schedule - weekends & holidays requiredAbility to speak to a group, inspire and motivate teams with previous experience managing & developing a freelance teamAbility to work collaboratively and build positive & effective business partnershipsProactive, self-motivated individual with high level of energy and motivationExperience working in a national beauty retailer environmentMust be willing to travel up to 50% of the timeValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWhat we would like to offer...$65,000-70,000 annually*Bonus OpportunityHealth Benefits - 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision coverageFlex Time Off - No cap on personal time off and paid company holidaysSeasonal Flex Days - Flexible scheduling to enjoy extra time under the sun during the Spring & Summer seasonParental Leave - Up to 18 weeks paid parental leave401(k) - Save for your future with a 401(k) with a company matchFlexibility & Wellness Stipends - Monthly stipends to support remote work & self-careILIA Products - Quarterly stipend to replenish your favorite products and try new ones*This is the anticipated salary range for this position.
