Title: Project Manager V ( of Workforce Planning & Vendor Ops ) Contract: 12 Months Full-time 40-hour work week, Monday- Friday, 8 am-5pm.Onsite: local offices in NYC, Melo Park, CA, or Seattle, WA, Pay rate starting at $80.00 an hour.Start Date: 32025Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Workforce Planning and Vendor Operations Project Manager to join our Product Data Operations (PDO) Reality Labs team. As a critical member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class datasets that power RL devices and user experiences while driving continuous improvement strategies to deliver high-quality data at scale with unprecedented efficiency and agility. Responsibilities: Forecasting and Demand Planning: Analyze business trends, seasonal fluctuations, and other factors to predict future workforce needs. Workforce Planning and Optimization: Create and implement workforce plans to ensure the right workers are in place at the right time, with the right skills. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Vendor Relationship Management: Developed and maintained vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of workforce planning and vendor governance strategies. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support growth at scale. Showcase grace under pressure and ensure effective and timely collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and investigative skills, experience leveraging large data sets and advanced tooling. Must-Haves:In this role, you will have two critical functions: Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce plans to ensure the right workers are in place at the right time, with the right skills for a portfolio of 50+ Contingent Workers (CW). This includes analyzing business trends, forecasting workforce needs, and creating strategies to meet those needs. Vendor OperationsGovernance: Work cross-functionally with our internal vendor management team to define PDO-specific needs for vendor governance routines and performance to drive cost-saving initiatives. With ProficiencyBasic knowledge in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for driving analytics, reporting and operational decision-making. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in operations for a tech company, consulting, operations or similar roles. 5+ years of experience in vendor management 5+ years experience in workforce planning and forecasting Strategic thinking with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience through innovation and continuous improvement. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functional boundaries and globally. Ability to make judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities. ProficiencyBasic knowledge in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for driving analytics, reporting and operational decision-making. Experience driving collaboration of cross-functional teams, coordinating effectively, and inspiring others. Experience communicating effectively via various formats, time zones and audiences, including within operations teams and across with key stakeholders and senior leadership.
