Parts Assistant Manager

MUST HAVE PARTS COUNTER EXPERIENCE AT THE DEALERSHIP LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES* Back Counter Lead* Quote service estimates in 15 minutes or less* Communicate with Service correct ETAS on parts* Meet & assist the customers in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need* Answer telephone calls promptly and provide professional service ensuring the customer's needs are met* Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location* Maintain the parts department in a clean & organized matter* Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers & vendors* Report inventory issues to management* Ability to lift 50 lbs, if more ask for assistanceQUALIFICATIONS* Volkswagen or Audi experience a big plus* CDK, ETKA, OPStrax, XTIME, OE Collision Link and Parts on Command are used daily, so any and all knowledge are a plus* Excellent customer service skills* Attention to detail & memorization* Professional appearance & work ethic* Ability to work well in a process driven environmentWork shift will be Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. When you work a Saturday, you will have a day off the prior week. Saturday hours are 8am to 4pm.Depending on experience there are 3 shifts.730am to 430pm8am to 5pm9am to 6pmYou must be open to all at this time.
