Early-stage startup in stealth mode with top-tier investors is looking to hire their first Executive AssistantOffice Manager. This person will be employee #2 and will have a big opportunity to make an impact! This client is looking for someone who likes to wear many different hats and can roll up their sleeves. They will work out the beautiful offices of their Investors in SoHo but eventually, this person will help locate and build out a new office space. This client is well-funded and looking for a true partner to get this company off the ground! The role is a 5050 split of EA OM. 130-150K & stellar benefits!Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the Founding Executive. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Prepare documents, presentations, and materials for meetings.Assist with recruitment administration, including getting offer letters out to candidates.Lead the search for and build-out of our permanent office space. Establish office procedures and systems. Implement new processes and organization. Manage vendor relationships and office purchases.Oversee the implementation of benefits and other employee programs.Handle confidential information with discretion.Ad hoc projects to support the company and Executive. Qualifications:Proven experience in an Executive Assistant andor Office Manager role, preferably in a startup environment.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.Positive, proactive attitude with a "no task too small" approach.Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools.*Please Note: Your application will be considered for all open positions.
