DescriptionThis is a brand new location opening in just a couple months! Come be help us build an amazing team and bring this amazing brand to Pinellas Park!We are a busy, fast paced bakery. Shift leads with prior "on the job" leadership experience will thrive in our store.Work with the manager to make sure the right cookies are being mixed, baked and dressed at the right times in order to get them out to the customers. Keeping cookies in stock all day is the name of the game!In order to keep cookies in stock, we keep inventory organized and communicate across shifts all day using an app. We have lots of digital support from Crumbl with training and techniques. Being able to handle high volume traffic and help direct our crew on which tasks to be on at the right times, helps our store run smoothly to make it a great environment to work in. It also creates great customer service which brings happy, smiling customers into the store week after week.Many of our shift leads have restaurantfood experience but have no previous baking experience. Enjoying baking is a plus! We have many shifts available from 5am to midnight Monday through Saturday so we can accommodate many schedules as well as full or part time. We are busiest on weekends!Our shift leads are given a lot of responsibility are are expected to be able to run the store on their own and make critical decisions. We are a busy, fast paced bakery and we rely on our shift leads to lead, support, and train their team to ensure success of the whole store. Our shift leads should be confident in customer service dispute resolution, employee training retention, and time management.
