If you share in our passion for teamwork, our vision to revolutionize industries and our goal to lead the future in media and technology, we want you to fast-forward your career at Comcast.Based at the Comcast headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the Manager, Retail Marketing Execution will be responsible for managing the Retail go-to-market execution of all in-store marketing and merchandising initiatives across all formats of Xfinity Retail stores. Reporting to the Director of Retail Marketing Execution, this position will support the business strategy and goals by driving the in-market implementation of all in-store marketing including print signage, digital signage, digital engagement creative and experiences, merchandising programs, and leading defined projects supporting the execution of store resets and go-to-market execution through communications and training materials. This candidate will play a very important role within the Xfinity Retail in-store marketing and merchandising go-to-market execution process. Candidate must be an experienced professional with strong strategic-thinking ability, a proven track record of executing high-impact retail communications and experiences, and an exceptional project manager. This role will partner with key business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise to help transform and implement world-class retail experiences. Candidate must be able to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, creative agencies and internal stakeholders, and possess the ability to multi-task high level projects. Strong experience in retail store marketing, merchandising, and project management is required.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesManage and execute all in-store retail marketing campaigns to support our retail marketing communications strategy and plan of record for all new and existing Xfinity storesDevelop and manage print creative tactical lists and ship lists for all retail marketing programs, new store openings and remodels, and key initiatives for store planogram planning, internal go-to-market team, and print production partnersOversee all digital signage content deployment and playlist management across all stores in partnership with key internal partnersIn partnership with the retail sales organization and retail merchandising team, assist in the marketing and positioning of 3rd party merchandise, and support the promotional plan of record to drive salesManage projects and processes including campaign production timeline development, print creative tactic matrices, production and installation schedules and timelines, store reset schedules and trackers, and newremodel store marketing and merchandising production and installation schedulesManage and develop Sr Specialist, Retail Marketing and Merchandising direct reportCollaborate with field marketing and merchandising teams, product marketing teams, and retail store teamsSupport store planogram development and updates across all storesAssist with select grand openings and region store marketing as neededManage production budget-related activitiesManage print management vendor partnershipsConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
