OPEN JOB: Business Analytics Lead - Bank Regulatory Reporting (Axiom experience preferred) Location: Candidate can choose between: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville OH, Phoenix AZ, Dallas TX, Birmingham AL, Downers Grove IL, Philadelphia PA, Cleveland OH ***Hybrid role-3 Days in office Salary: $98,000 to $115,000 Full-time Benefits - Full Relocation Assistance Available FIRM: Major Bank Senior role on FDIC 370 Finance team responsible for leading system enhancements and modifications to deposit insurance calculator ETL. This individual will partner with a team of business subject matter experts and technology partners to identify areas for improvement in deposit insurance calculator logic and processes, develop comprehensive requirements and action plans, and lead multiple phases of testing prior to successful deployment of enhancements, corrections, and updates into production. Necessitates management of multiple projects concurrently. REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree preferred Extensive experience with SQL for querying the calculator's database. AXIOM experience would be ideal. Experience with Bank Regulatory Reporting Ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can take the initiative on leading a technical initiative from start to finish with minimal direction. Database experience within the financial services industry. Ideally, the candidate will have some understanding of banking productsbank balance sheet. Experience working with developers in a production role. Role will be heavily project based with a transition to BAU functions over time.
