Operational Resilience Project Manager

Need a Operational Project manager with some risk and Resilience. Not very much on Tech side Our client, a top-tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm, is seeking a Resilience Project Manager to support its end client, a leading Client. The contractor will be responsible for strengthening the organization's operational resilience, business continuity, and risk mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities:Oversee operational risk and resilience programs, ensuring regulatory and industry compliance.Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans.Collaborate with risk, compliance, and technology teams to assess vulnerabilities and enhance resilience frameworks.Manage incident response and crisis management strategies, ensuring rapid recovery from disruptions.Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance organizational resilience and risk preparedness.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (OCC, FRB, Basel, etc.).Requirements:Proven experience in operational risk, resilience, and business continuity planning.Strong knowledge of bankingfinancial services regulations and risk frameworks.Ability to coordinate across business and technology teams to ensure resilience initiatives are successfully implemented.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with banking or financial institutions.
