This role will be instrumental in ensuring our advisor training, onboarding, and community initiatives run smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and excels at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication across teams. Reporting to the Head of Operations (Advisor Experience), this role will help cultivate a seamless experience for both new and established advisors through coordinated training, onboarding management, and community support.This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is looking to contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing travel tech company. Your work will directly impact thousands of travel advisors and ultimately enhance the travel experiences of countless customers around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule ManagementMaintain and optimize our advisor training calendar, ensuring all sessions have confirmed facilitators and updated materialsAdjust timing and cadence for holidays and special events, preventing scheduling conflictsCollaborate with editorial and travel operations teams to develop quarterly destination training schedulesCoordinate new advisor orientation ("Cohort") sessions and facilitator schedulesFacilitator & Leader SupportIdentify and resolve coverage gaps or last-minute facilitator changesEnsure facilitators and Cohort Leaders have all materials needed prior to their session or Cohort start dateCoordinate with industry partners for webinar facilitation, ensuring they are prepared for their webinar and are able to successfully join the webinar Zoom on timeCommunication ManagementCraft and distribute weekly training announcement emails to the advisor communityWork with the Advisor Community team to send chapter member invitations and updated rosters to chapter leaders monthlyLiaise between teams to ensure smooth information flow across training, onboarding, and community functionsContent & Production CoordinationCoordinate our video editing workflow, tracking post-production deadlines and ensure timely deliveryUpload finalized training content to the advisor portalEnsure consistent quality and branding across all advisor-facing contentRequirementsBachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional experience1+ years of professional experience, preferably in a coordinator or assistant roleExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new software toolsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset with proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesWhy You'll Love This RoleDevelop transferable skills across operations, communication, and project managementWork with a diverse, passionate team of travel and tech enthusiastsSee the direct impact of your work on advisor success and satisfactionGain valuable exposure to multiple aspects of a fast-growing travel tech startupCompensationSalary: $55-$65k + equityUnlimited vacationHealth Insurance (including an option completely covered by Fora HQ)Dental & Vision Insurance401k planCommuter BenefitsClasspass Membership & Gym AccessSupplemental Life InsuranceStock OptionsThis role is based in New York City with a hybrid WFH & office schedule (Monday-Thursday are our in-office days, with flexibility for Friday at your preference).
