This is an opportunity to become part of a small product team within a high-growth, high-impact AI company tackling the $32 billion education LMS space. This role will be responsible for owning different parts of the customer journey including platform integrations, API management, and the full analytics suite. This person will steer product features that drive adoption and keep schools and school districts satisfied with the Kira Learning platform. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate about education and start-up life, and enthusiastic about data and computer science. This person must be swift and nimble enough to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and they must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills.Responsibilities & DutiesSupport in driving a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with and delivers upon Kira Learning's growth plansDrive the strategy and execution for Kira's platform integrations, API management, and analytics suite.Track progress, coordinate delivery, communicate and coordinate risk mitigation plans. Deep understanding of our users' behaviors and pain points, as well as our user personas.Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and teams, including marketing, designers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly and on timeStay up to date with relevant market developments and industry trendsWrite detailed product documentation and ensure it is kept up to dateExperiences & Skills4 to 6 years of experience in participating in the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and prepost-launch executionDemonstrated success in being a product leader in a zero-to-one environmentStrong technical understanding of modern API design and data integration processesPrior experience in computer science or software engineering is encouragedProven track record of building and delivering products and solutions that yielded quantifiable successesExperience in performing market and competitor analysisExperience working with users, and gathering and prioritizing feedbackCan incorporate data, research and market analysis to shape product strategies and roadmapsAbility to manage complex projects and prioritize resources effectivelyImpeccable organizational and execution skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills; you can patiently, professionally and effectively communicate with a diverse and multicultural group of peers across time zones and continentsStrong desire to work at an early-stage startup on a small team. This role's level and corresponding salary will be determined by the select candidate's professional experiences and related skill sets.
