Pediatric nurses at Komansky Children's Hospital have a commitment to excellence, providing patient and family-centered care. As the PICU Clinical Manager, you will lead a Magnet designated nursing team and collaborate with the transformational leaders of the entire Pediatric service line, working closely with the three units' Patient Care Directors and fellow Clinical Managers.This Clinical Manager position is for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit as well as provide Pediatric service line support at New York-PresbyterianWeill Cornell Medical Center Komansky Children's Hospital.This is a full time 10-hour Night Flex shift position 4 shifts a week (including weekends with flexibility to meet the needs of the unit). Preferred Criteria:•Previous management experience •Master's in Nursing or related field. If Master's in Nursing, BSN can be preferred.•American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board Certification•Pediatric Critical Care experienceRequired CriteriaAt least two years of acute care Pediatric RN experience Bachelor's Degree in NursingCurrent New York State RN licenseBCLS certificationPALS CertificationExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadership competenciesJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
