About the RoleiCapital is seeking a Global Due Diligence Support Analyst to join our growing Global Proposal Management team within the Firmwide Analytics and Initiatives department. This is a critical role in supporting client relations and proposal writing within the company. This role will support the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other client inquiries. This individual will develop and build strong cross-functional relationships with Business Development, Legal, Compliance, Finance, InfoSec, Product and other subject matter experts. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong writing abilities, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and completion of DDQs, RFPs, and RFIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders, to gather necessary information for proposals.Maintain and contribute to a comprehensive content library to streamline future proposal efforts. Coordinate necessary materials from stakeholders to assist with client calls.Support the tracking and reporting of proposal activity, success rates, and client feedback.Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline RFPDDQ workflows and response efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field is required0-2 years of experience in RFPs, DDQs, client reporting, or a similar function in financial services internship experienceStrong writing, editing, and analytical skillsAble to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling mannerTeam-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with RFP software (e.g., Responsive, Loopio, Qvidian) is a plusBenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
