To learn more, please visit: SUMMARY: The Sales Operations & Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Sales and Marketing initiatives including marketing event planning, content disbursement, graphic design, digital marketing, social media and brandingtemplate consistency.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle details and execution of corporate and client events including planning, support, and on-site coordination.Aggregate and organize existing sales collateral and assist in the development of new collateral.Edit content for marketing materials and social media.Design and coordinate regular and special mailings to prospects and others.Review presentations and proposals.Assist with media relations efforts.Propose content and maintain social media efforts while ensuring corporate compliance.Manage and distribute corporate and individual client communications.Assist Vice president of client operations and business line leaders with the development and execution various additional marketing related strategies.Design and coordinate regular and special mailings to prospects and others.Maintain calendar to ensure completion of pending items and to establish future timelines.Maintain library of life and benefits magazine publications, insurance company newsletters, legislative updates, and reference materials.Additional duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ANDOR ABILITIES: Strong technical aptitude for software and systemsProven ability to exercise a strong attention to detailsExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsAbility to independently perform assigned accountabilities simultaneously, set priorities, and successfully handle multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environmentProven success remaining professional, adaptable, and cooperative in a team environment during high pressure situationsStrong project management skillsExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and AdobeQuick learner with the desire to develop deep understanding of insurance and financial industriesEDUCATION ANDOR EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field with 1 year of work or intern experience in broad functional areas including marketing, communications, writing, editing, event planning, public relations, and data analysis.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: None
