Job Title: HomeScreen Account Coordinator Classification: Full time (37.5 hours per week), salaried position including medical, dental vision, life insurance benefits, paid time off, and 3% corporate IRA matchReports to: HomeScreen Program ManagerAbout Tower Grove CDC and HomeScreen: TGCDC promotes and improves the quality of life by attracting public and private investment and providing real estate and other community services, such as our tenant screening service, HomeScreen. HomeScreen provides modern, data-driven tenant screening solutions to create equitable and stable rental housing in communities. HomeScreen has grown steadily since 2014 and is utilized by over 1500 rental property owners through the Saint Louis Metro Area and beyond. Our goal is to reframe the traditionally tenant screening model through and continue to broaden our impact by partnering with private landlords, affordable housing providers, nonprofit organizations and credit building services. Job Overview: The HomeScreen Account Coordinator will be a part of TGCDC, working on the HomeScreen team to actively seek out new landlords to join HomeScreen and ARCH by HomeScreen. The Account Coordinator will guide new clients through initial set up on HomeScreen software with all new users and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication with all existing users. The Account Coordinator will serve as the first line of communication for all current and future landlord users over the phone, by e-mail and in the office.Responsibilities and Duties:Account Management Strategy: Implement tailored account plans with specific goals for landlords property managers who register for HomeScreen to ensure highest levels of participation from all landlord usersProgram Growth: Recruits and onboards new landlords to participate in HomeScreen and ARCH by HomeScreen through a variety of methods, including community outreach events, to ensure program outcomes are met.Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure they are properly set up to utilize all HomeScreen and ARCH by HomeScreen's services. Educate landlord users on partnerships and changes to HomeScreen technology, as needed.Client Relationship Building: Develops and nurtures long-term relationships with all landlords users through regular communication and proactive outreach.Customer Service: Efficiently assists landlords on usage of HomeScreen software and interpretations of the details of applicants' reports and provides timely correspondence for general inbox e-mails and voicemail messages.Reporting: Submit monthly reports to HomeScreen Program Manager showing outcomes of outreach and onboarding efforts.Collaboration: Works with HomeScreen Application Specialist to processes tenant screening applications for enterprise landlord clients according to client-directed workflows, including ordering background reports, and correctly verifying rental history and Assists potential tenants with submitting applications in office or online.
