Associate Account Manager

SWIM USA is a designer and manufacturer of women's swimwear located in New York City. We are 84 years young and seeking a dynamic Associate Account Manager to join our team.Seeking high energy professional to support the administration of a portfolio of brands, reporting to Director of Sales.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Participate in all sales meetings, document conversations, and distribute all necessary info to cross functional teamsManage new account set up requirements including set-up forms, vendor agreements, insurance documents etc.Work with Product Manager and Sales Support to ensure compliance with all retailer requirements- packaging materials, tickets, packing etc.Analyze market pricing trends through online and instore researchComplete retailer-specific requirements such as ecom item info, data entry into vendor portal, item info sheets etc.Review online product to ensure accuracy of information as well as analyze customer reviewsFulfill sample requests including Advertising, TOP, and market samplesReview allocation for any discrepancies and follow up with Sales Support to alleviate problemsCommunicate any order changes, confirmations, bulk adjustments etc. to Sales SupportMaintain a "samples out" listing, keeping track of when samples were sent to accounts and marketingCoordinate shipping, share tracking info and track packages to and from customers or meetingsMaintain account order logsQualificationsRequirements (To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
