We have an integrated and scalable range of services which help our clients achieve their goals on projects of varying scope, budget, schedule, and complexity.Job Description: As a BHS Project Manager, you will be involved in managing the planning, coordination, and implementation of BHS project(s) while keeping stakeholders informed with regular updates. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of assigned projects and work with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Serving as the primary point of contact for airport leadership.Collaborating with TSA Regional Deployment Coordinators and associated contract personnel.Leading and managing construction and implementation teams.Maintaining clear lines of communication and contractual relationship between Owner, Contractor, Staff and Design Team.Resolving issues between the design team and constructionimplementation teams.Lead stakeholder and operational engagement; coordination, proactive communication, conflict resolution, reporting.Attending commissioning and testing of BHS systems to ensure adherence to contract requirements, TSA standards, and other guidelines.Developing and monitoring project scope, budgets, schedules and deliverables.Ability to understand the phasing of a BHS.Reviewing and processing changes through the Change Management process.Reviewing design team responses to RFIs and submittals for compliance with contract documents.Coordination of all BHS elements with all other program elements including design, schedule, cost, procurement, changes, reporting, installation, ORAT, commissioning, training, and closeout.Qualifications: Basic Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent experience. 7+ years of relevant experience in aviation baggage handling system projects management and implementation.Strong business acumen in project planning and management.Experienced in coordination with contractors and Stakeholders.Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, including proficiency in creating presentations for Project Stakeholders. Thorough understanding of TSA's Planning Guidelines and Design Standards.Ability to review contract documentation at all stages of the project.Preferred Qualifications:Strong airside and landside experience on large hub U.S. commercial airports.Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contracts on project-related matters.Demonstrated knowledge and experience with PGDS, ISAT, TRR, FAT.How to Apply: Submit your resume via job board.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:Fronza & Francis is an equal opportunity employer.
