HVAC Service Technician

Based in the picturesque Lake Geneva, WI, we're seeking a passionate individual to join our heating and cooling team as a full-time HVAC Service Technician.As a full-time HVAC Service Technician, you'll typically work a 45 - 50 hour week with shifts ranging from 7 AM to 5 PM. Additional hours may be required during on-call rotations or to finish ongoing work. Flexibility and availability for on-call rotation are a must for this position.PAY & BENEFITSAn experienced HVAC Technician will earn a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $85,000+ annually, plus bonuses based on performance metrics. We are providing a $1,000 hiring bonus for experienced HVAC technicians with EPA certification, payable within the first 90 days! Additionally, we're offering paid apprenticeship training for new HVAC installers and service technicians. Enjoy comprehensive benefits too! No experience is needed - we will train the right person through a paid apprenticeship program!As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll respond to service calls promptly, providing top-notch service to our residential clients.
