Our commitment to environmental responsibility drives us to make a meaningful impact.JOB SUMMARY: The HR Support & Executive Assistant is responsible for performing all HR-related duties on a professional level and provide administrative support for the office and the Executive Leadership team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHuman Resources Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, employeelabor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunity, andor employee records.Supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.Acts as a liaison between employees and benefits broker to ensure all benefit questions andor issues are addressed timely. Maintain human resources databases and employee records as required. Responds to all employment verifications and unemployment inquiries.Other responsibilities or projects as assigned. Administrative Support Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Leadership team andor other assigned leadership staff.Prepares reports, presentations, and materials for meetings or required projects. Performs office tasks including ordering supplies, welcoming visitors, and distributing mail. Assist with booking travel for employees, if required.Assist with the coordination of in-house or off-site activities, e.g. company events, meetings, celebrations, and conferences. Other responsibilities or projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS1+ years' experience in Human Resources andor office managementBasic knowledge of employment law and Human Resources procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Strong customer service skills Ability to maintain confidential information The pay range for this position is below.
